In October 2022, I ordered two high-end toilets/bidets, but they never shipped. I sent follow-up emails every few weeks and was told repeatedly that the items were on backorder and would ship in "a few weeks". After seven months of waiting and multiple follow-ups from me, I was informed in April 2023 that the items had been discontinued and was offered a substitute.
