I am a disabledd senior that was treated like dirt. I was screamed at over the phone. Received a lien letter and told they do not send bills, notifications of issues with insurance companies and that this is the way they do business. Lien letters only. They broke a window and outdoor outlet cover and it took close to 5 months to get it fixed.. they had to return twice to dry up the basement because of broken window.
