Bryan Hayes, Owner of OC CARS is a deceitful liar. He extorts money up-front for services that he never renders. Then he bills for services that he never performed. He left me with my car in worse shape that when he started. And skipped out of town leaving me bilked for $10,000 in damages. He is a fraud and doesn't know squat about cars.
