Horrendous! After much back and forth with conversations, pictures, video and signing multiple contracts, Brandon came out to do the job on our shoreline. He left before contacting me because he said the job was bigger than he thought, and said he thought I'd be disappointed, and not pay. I spent a lot of wasted time and effort for nothing.
