To be honest I am not sure what service they offer that I haven’t read a complaint about. Last week I had the guys come out to clean the living room and an are rug. My bad for not looking into the terrible reviews before hiring them but, what everyone else says about the horrible process that Kiwi services calls “cleaning” is absolutely true. I allowed Kiwi Services to remove 4 rugs for cleaning. I was told it would take 2 weeks. After 7 weeks the rugs were returned but I had to send 2 of them back as they were muddy and smelled terribly. I do not believe they did anything more to them than hose them down. I paid $611 (keep in mind that’s HALF the total bill) they were to disinfect and use a germicidal wash.
