Great experience with Robert and Business Dynamics in general. I am glad we brought them in because we had been operating with faulty reporting for far too long. This led us to make decisions which were in no way based on facts or the reality of operations. We didn't have up to date bookkeeping nor did we have an accurate idea on our real time stock levels. I just wanted to thank them again for all their help over these past few weeks. We have been going through a pretty aggressive growth period and we found ourselves falling behind in the reporting side of things. I wanted to thank Dennis for all his help. I probably would not have been as patient dealing with our inefficiencies and lack of communication. Obviously none of it was intentional, we have just spent the last few years running from one issue to another. He was a calming presence and really helped us get to the bottom of some serious issues. Having spent the last few weeks working with Jim and the rest of his team I can say that things are finally starting to look up. I have nothing but positive things to say about the time I spent with Sean and everybody else at Business Dynamics. In total we probably spent around 3 weeks with Sean and his colleagues. While this meant a significant investment in our part I am certain its one we will recoup. Our time together has led to us making significant changes in how we do business. One of the better experience we have had working with outside consultants. We attempted working with a different company 5 or so years ago and it was a nightmare. BD has however shown themselves to be honest partners who have worked with us over the last couple of months. This was quickly turning out to be a nightmare. Our CPA recommended bringing in this company to help us set up the initial systems and to help hire a competent bookkeeper. I am glad I took his advice. Within a couple of weeks we had everything setup and with their help had even hired a bookkeeper.
