Horrible management at this location!!! In May 2021, the manager Carla treated me so poorly that I ended up speaking with the VP of the IDC. She flat out lied to him and told him that I had been in her store once before and was complaining. She got caught in that lie and the VP agreed -- especially when the records showed that the last visit I had to any IDC store was in 2017 at the Millennia location.
