I purchase a set of tires for $512 from wheelHero; When I received the email confirmation, I realized they were the wrong size. I immediately requested to cancel the order. They disregarded my attempt to cancel the order and shipped out the tires regardless. Bought a complete wheel package from them and the wheels they sent were defective. Spent months trying to convince them it wasn't my fault the center caps kept breaking off. Even took a video of me installing them to prove I know what I'm doing. I should since I've been installing tires for over 24 years. When I asked to return they said I had to pay to ship. The holes on my wheels don't line up and thus far three tire shops have told me these wheels were drilled by hand and very poorly. Talking to support has been a nightmare and so far I’ve been told to “stop wasting time and just put them on the car” when I have shown proof multiple times they do not fit the car. I saved my hard earned money for months to buy my wheels and when I finally got around to getting them wheelhero sent me a totally different wheel than pictured. When I called to complain they directed me to support via email and avoided my calls moving forward. I purchased a set of tires 8/11/21 and received a discount for buying wheel and tires. I received the dirty, used, worn tires 8/13/21. I asked to send them back if they send me a shipping label, they emailed back and forth 15 times. In the end I finally reached Scott, on the phone who called me a crook because I went to PayPal to dispute the transaction and send them their raggedy tires back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. horrible horrible horrible. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I purchased tires and wheels Feb, 2019. I have documented proof that the tire/wheel combination is not recommended by manufacturer. I sent tires and wheels back in April 2019 and have proof Wheels hero received them and then confirmation from Pay Pal that they sent funds of 1859.95 to Wheels hero June 24, 2019. Ordered Delinte tires from wheelhero.com for my package and was sent some generic atlas brand that has super bad reviews online. When I called to report the issue I was put on hold for 19 minutes and later called back and kept getting transferred to a full voice mail. Be careful with these guys, you order a brand that you take the time to research and they'll send you a cheaper low quality tire to maximize profits and when you call to report it they'll ignore your calls.
