Joe Patrick was incredible to work with! Very understanding of our situation, very personable and extremely prompt to respond with updates. Any questions that we had were very quickly answered in what seemed like minutes. Joe's explanation of each step in the process, what it entailed and why it needed to be done was good and thorough.
