It's great that some people have great reviews with EQP but a good friend of mine did not. My friend lost $4,000 dollars trying to keep her home from foreclose. EQP made her think she would get a modification on her home and the mortgage company is still trying to foreclose on her house. My friend lost $4,000 dollars to this company. EQP Legal Group is an amazing company that everyone should know about. I was referred to them from a friend at my church. I was dealing with a loss and decided that I needed assistance with trust documentation which was important for me to have. They walked me through everything that I needed and helped me to set up the needed documents so my assets would be protected and there would be a plan for my family if and when I were to pass. I really appreciate EQP Legal and recommend them to anyone. They always answered my phone calls, emails and most importantly talked me off the ledge when I was concerned. After submitted for modifications multiple times with my mortgage company and getting the runaround for months, they declined me when they said they were going to help and filed for foreclosure on my home. I found EQP online and they were able to stop the foreclosure and save my home and also lowered my monthly payments. Absolute godsend for me and my family. Highly recommended! Cant recommend them enough! Sometimes life throws you some curveballs. But when I was upside down on my home I felt like there were hundreds. And they wouldn’t stop.
