They never answer the phone when you call or return your voice mail messages. I have had severe symptoms of low testosterone and these people act like they could care less. It's been 4 days since they have responded to any of my emails. Their last email asked for me to provide them with an address for the Quest Diagnostics lab in my area, I replied with the correct address, and then never heard back from them. I have been with Peteruncaged MD for almost 6 months now and they have been great compared to the walk-in clinic I was going to before. I love their support and service. They are always on the phone whenever you need them, I said whenever!! There is somebody working from the office all the time. They never let you be in a doubt. They have recently changed their medication from HCG to Gonadorelin (FDA made some changes). This proves that, no matter what, they will always find the best solution for their clients. I would advise anyone to not trust this company. They were late in shipping out my Medication. I had been sending emails receiving no answers. Then I had to call to get anything done. Then they just abruptly stopped sending HCG without notifying me, and continued to charge me full price for just ONE medication. Pricing is all over the place. I was told 99 dollars than if i did not pay for several months up front it was 129 a month. Reviews seem to be fake. Do not jump cause of their 99 price. Plenty of clinics for 150 or so with better and more upfront programs. Read More »
