These guys turned out to be the biggest shaft ever! One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Here are the facts : 1. in Feb, 2019, while we were away, Townsend repairmen came to our house on a Saturday to do repairs that I had requested they do months previously. They charged us 2+ hours of overtime although they were there for only 15 minutes, not thinking that we would find out.
