My only real concern initially was affordability. With that being said I was able to get an agreement on the amount of allocated hours and the scope of work we agreed on. Our initial experience was rocky because of a scheduling mix up. To be fair that turned out to be an error on our end. The reason I even mention it is Tavas and Michael went out of their way to rectify the issue even though it was through no fault of their own.
