If I could give zero stars I would! We had to file a complaint with the BBB and these people actually told the BBB that they didnt have a file for us. They said we were NOT their clients! I have the contract right in front of me!! Now they keep calling my spouse trying to get the BBB review taken down and trying to get us to pay more money! After great skepticism and worry my wife felt we should give FCG a chance and work with them for our mortgage and finances. I am usually very skeptic using a company online, but working First Choice was very smooth and their staff made my family and I feel at ease every step of the way.
