I have done about 6 real estate transactions, all with different brokers but didn't really find my groove with any of them. Yes, they were nice enough. Yes, they helped me get competitive rates. But at the end of the day, I didn't feel like I was anything more than a client number or commission check to them. Joann just helped me finished refinance. I contacted Joann on Nov 3rd for the first time and we submitted the loan application on Nov 9th. The record date/ lender funded on Nov 30th.
