Cross Country Location is a fraudulent company. I am a Senior citizen and was given a price based on all the details I provided on my boxes including dimensions. Once they arrived, they gave me new price $1000 more than they said. They try to screw people into getting more money out of you when you are helpless. Bad manners, unprofessional. The Movers came on time, brought all supplies needed for move. They had moving blankets, dollies, hand trucks, and a tool kit to take apart our kids bunk bed. All furniture was wrapped really well. They never rushed through anything. When lifting things from our master bedroom, which is on the second floor they paid close attention to make sure to not damage anything. I have always used Cross Country Relocation and they have never disappointed me. They are very professional and always make it happen. I use them to move my art pieces and they are very careful, they make sure they all wrapped perfectly before making a move, trust them with my hard work! Read More »
