7/18/20 Worst ever! A nightmare to complete a buy out or purchase at end of the lease. A number of rip off fees and con artists in the refinance dept.telling you that these fees must be paid no matter how you complete the transaction. Dont use this company. Long waits to talk to CS and or they say, "high call volume" and hang up on you. Do your best to go to any other finance company!
