The Timberland website states that this company is licensed, bonded, and insured. However, the Davidson County Clerk communicated via email that this business does not have a valid Tennessee business license. My HOA hired this company to replace the roofs and gutters on two buildings containing six units. In addition, they were hired to replace the damaged window screens on both buildings.
