Beware of doing business with Venture Capital Construction LLC based in Alpharetta, GA at your own risk! I had a contract to redo my deck with TREX and the terms of the contract written by Mr Steve Smith was to pay 1/2 of the cost before he started, 1/4 of the cost after he was half way finished, and then the final 1/4 of the cost after he finished.
