am extremely disappointed with Shanika. She was 30 minutes late, she started cleaning and then called her boss and lied about the condition of my house. She claimed l had a large animal and l have a small cat. She was asked to mop and sweep the floors and dust and she acted like l made her get down on her hands and knees and scrub the floors with a toothbrush. their team was absolutely amazing. From the time they arrived, the started immediately and when I came back, I fell in love with my place. Everything was dusted, my carpet looked brand new, dishes clean, bed made, bathroom… you name it, it was clean. Please use them, I plan to call them for general cleans and seasonal deep cleanings.
