Very unprofessional. I needed cleaners after dealing with Covid which means my energy was very low and I was moving very slow. They first had the wrong number that I never provided them. I had to call and rectify. I scheduled the call early in the morning around 10am. They kept telling me the cleaners are 5 minutes away or they were in front which was killing me to go down my apartment and not find anyone. It was 7pm and no one still showed up.
