My experience with them has been horrible. They dropped the ball big time!!! I signed up with them and was given a time line, 2 week till website launch. Provided everything requested. 3 week mark i reach out, no response. 4 weeks, i get a brush off email response, 5 weeks nothing, 6 weeks Get a call from a different account manager stating that the previous person is no longer with the company. Absolutely HORRIBLE company. After signing with the company, the missed every single deadline that THEY put in place for our website design. Site was supposed to be ready 11/2. After over 20 strings of emails, providing content, layouts, repeated requests and feedback, they STILL can't get it right. I am deeply saddened with Olly Olly's services. I decided to leave this Company due to inconsistencies and discrepancies. I really am upset because I was lied too about the ownership of my domain information. I was told several times canceling my services with them wrong information and given the run around. I have asked this company to transfer my domain over to the new company that I choose to represent my Website and they have refused in everyway to cooperate and respect my wishes. Manager...
