I had a appointment on Friday and did not receive a call in regards to what was going on with my car until Tuesday. Then after they informed me of some of what was going on with my car they Brandon said he qould need to do additional diagnosis on the car very rudely. He was very rude and informed me that I would have to pay upfront even though I have a warranty in which is bumper to bumper. I have never experienced such rude behavior fom a dealership.
