I purchased the Leak Defense system on the recommendation of my insurance company. I have subsequently asked them not to recommend the company. I had multiple conversations with the Leak Defense Salesman and he assured me that that was a local plumbing company that had installed >6 systems without and issue. I purchased the system and the plumber first could not get in touch with technical support and the experienced company installed a valve in the wrong location. Had to be re-installed. The...
