Sherlock's sent a locksmith to drill out our smart lock and replace it with the exact lock. Bad batteries were most likely the problem, so we had to have them drill out the smart deadbolt, since we couldn't get home to replace it ourselves. We started having problems with the new smart lock within a week. But Ren and the Sherlock office went above and beyond to make sure we had a functioning smart lock and that we were happy customers.
