If this Sherlock is affiliated with the Sherlock in Keller, you'll be in good hands! Sherlock's sent a locksmith to drill out our smart lock and replace it with the exact lock. Bad batteries were most likely the problem, so we had to have them drill out the smart deadbolt, since we couldn't get home to replace it ourselves. The locksmith was polite and friendly and explained everything he was going to do and how he would replace the lock. Informative discussion with him on the best type of lock for replacement which will stop us leaving the key in the lock again on the inside. Read More »
