I was looking for a refrigerator repairman and a popup stated free trial thru JustAnswer . The popup stated join for a $1.00 to talk to a repairman $1.00 and a $37.00 charge for their monthly membership, which was for a month after that trial period of one month. I did speak to a repair man but his advice did not work. I cancelled before my trial period was over. When I got my statement, I was charged the same time and day of 1.00 and 37.00.
