I hired this company to remodel my laundry room and some other tasks. Over the course of seven months, no work was ever accomplished. Multiple phone calls delayed due to limited staffing. Upon request of my “retainer fee“ to be returned. The company denied the requests. Multiple professional errors were made with the designer for permitting.
