Service was excellent! Explained the procedure very well and the possible potential risk of my phone data retrieval. The assigned crew has been really professional to me from beginning to end. Firstly explained that there is no charge fee if the data isn't recovered and that if there's a partial recovery, there would be a charge once you agree and accept the data retrieved.
