Firstly, the staff explained that there's no charge if the data isn't recovered and there would be only a charge if you accept the recovered data. I think that's fair enough on my part. Best data recovery service I have tried in town! Superb handling and speedy turnaround. The technicians only took two days to get back data on a 1TB hard disk and make a full clone to SSD.
