The charge for the review and assessment is free. Before implementing the fix, they will first perform a thorough review and assess your drive explaining the problem and estimated time needed to repair. They would then implement the fix but only when you accept it. The team was helpful and professional. They manage to recover 95% of my data. It's pricey but quality work. I still highly recommend it! If you have HDD problems, I advise you to bring it here immediately before the damage worsens. Never ever open the HDD yourself because, in my experience, other data recovery services don't want to work on HDDs that have already been opened.
