Spent about $150,000 to landscape backyard, outdoor kitchen, and patios. Work was delayed several times totaling almost 7 months and took 6 months instead of 3 as promised. Some excuses valid (Covid, rain, etc.), some not ("running late", "forgot", "was that what I said"?, etc.) Learned that Roger's excellent in-person rapport was not to be trusted.
