When I first contacted Safe Ship moving in May, I felt comforted in the information I received. However, it was a false sense of security as I was left without my belongings for 6 days and I kept being transferred and put on hold whenever I contacted Safe Ship Moving Services. Do not trust this company with your moving needs. We used their packing, delivery, and auto services for a tri-state move. They charge you double what the move is worth, and they promise white glove service, customer satisfaction, cost transparency, and quality assurance. They do not deliver on any of their promises and the customer service is horrific once they receive your initial downpayment.
