Highly recommend finding different brokers. The representative was very kind, I was excited to use this company. A few days before my move they had me review and recount the total number or boxes, etc. would be. I was excited because I thought I was exactly correct when I initially got my quote. When I first contacted Safe Ship moving in May, I felt comforted in the information I received. However, it was a false sense of security as I was left without my belongings for 6 days and I kept being transferred and put on hold whenever I contacted Safe Ship Moving Services. Do not trust this company with your moving needs. We used their packing, delivery, and auto services for a tri-state move. They charge you double what the move is worth, and they promise white glove service, customer satisfaction, cost transparency, and quality assurance. They do not deliver on any of their promises and the customer service is horrific once they receive your initial downpayment.
