Ordered and paid up front for a custom table from Carbon Designs for delivery in 10-12 weeks (as stated on website). Company failed to communicate anything for the next 12 weeks. When I followed up they claimed their "standard delivery schedule" was now 12-14 weeks. Finally received the table after 17 weeks, but it was damaged. They blamed the carrier, but it had clearly left their factory with the damage we saw. They offered a paint stick and a $250 discount off a $6,000 table. We refused.... Read More »
