I played Last Chaos on Aeria Games for about a year and a half, spending a significant amount of time and money on the game and getting three characters to level cap. To summarize it, customer service sucks (took up to 19 days to get a weapon upgraded after spending hundreds of dollars for the upgrades), the company treats the players like dirt (the product managers individually insults players on the forums), the GMs ban people for no reason (I know several people this has happened to with no proper explanation from the company), and they have run the game into the ground (just look at the dwindling server population). Anyone can see the servers are emptying fast and the company offers nothing but a glitched game (trust me, dozens of glitches that have been reported for years are not corrected) that it tries to milk through offering what to me looks like gambling on its website (loot forge, loot wheel, etc that make the game more like a casino than a MMORPG). For obvious reasons, I have stopped playing the game and I would recommend others who have not started playing to find another game to play.
