I ordered 40 Morgan Silver Dollars (very good condition). The representative said shipping would be $100, with insurance. I said I can get free shipping with another company. He said, let me talk to my boss. He came back and said, we can ship for $25 and
if you write a favorable evaluation we will ship you a free Silver Eagle. The rep then said I had to wire or overnight the money for payment which I did (almost$2000). Then I didn't hear from them. Not even an e-mail confirming the order or receipt of payment.
After 10 days I called the rep and asked about the silver dollars I had purchased. He said they would be shipped that week. Several of the coins were so worn they were almost unreadable. When I complained, the rep said, "what do you expect with an old coin".
He refused to refund the order. Capital is in a "rush" to get your money but slow to ship and refuse to work with you if you are unsatisfied. They also will take advantage of unknowledgeable customers if they can, charging excessive shipping and shipping poor
quality coins. Beware, go else where and do your homework!
