I've just made my third claim for my air conditioning not working. Today is August 29, 2011 and the temperature today is supposed to get up to 106 degrees. The first contractor assigned to me said they could come out Wednesday or Thursday. I called customer service and spoked with a lady and described the problem and stated that I made a claim on 6/15/2011 and the problem has recurred. She said it was not the same problem. I didn't know the customer service reps could also diagnosis problems. She was rude and has poor customer service skills. After putting me on hold, someone can come out on 8/30/2011 between 2 and 6. At 10am, Around the Clock, the contractor assigned to make an appointment with me. They did followup as stated. I'm not very happy with the services I've recieved thus far for this same problem, especially with no relief in sight for this hot weather in Houston
