My refi experience with First Integrity

Last Aug we did a refi with Sam. Having learned a hard lesson from one of the heavily advertised national mortgage institutions, who surprised us with hidden charges at closing, I was cautious. I asked many questions and things were moving a little slower. Sam was very patient and polite. Sam is also knowledgeable in the load business. In the end Sam delivered what he promised - no nasty surprises at closing! I can say Sam won my trust over this deal. I am happy I have found someone in the loan biz who I can go back to.
