Wow... this program was recommended and it has been nothing but problems... extremely difficult to manage almost like it is in Chinese. Whomever developed this managed to get some tremendous concepts (potential) all wrapped up in a ridiculous format. Nothing intuitive about it! Everything is confusing to my entire staff. The only way to get something done is to call, and we have spent literally over a hundred hours on the phone amongst us and we are still confused!! When trying to test the system we create fake/initial entries that cannot be erased (???). Truly simple concepts are completely left out while they have very complex methods of accessing the various pages... this has to be a CIA project
