Good Experience

I worked initially with Erik Gonzalez and then with the loan processor, Lori Gordon. They were both very helpful, from my loan application up to my house closing. I had good guidance throughout the loan process. As they were an out of state lender for
me, our communication was all by phone and email. On occasions where I left a voice mail, the response was frequently by email. I would have preferred a return phone call. However, when I did speak with them on the phone, they were always very helpful. My
experience overall was positive. I would use them again in the future.
