New American Funding had us cleared to close within 18 days!!!! I have a very complex financial situation, and they made the process a breeze for me. I got my pre-approval within 24 hours up front, and the underwriter did not have to condition for more
documents over the initial approval (which is very rare in this day and age). Bill Sparks (loan officer) and Andrea Ontiveros (processor) were fantastic!! They set the right expectations, returned my calls and emails and just gave me a sense of comfort that
gave us confidence in them. I can't say enough good things about this company and their people. We closed last week and would definitely go back to Bill and New American Funding for our next home loan.
