I was matched up with this company when I signed up for a service to get rid of my timeshare ownership. The next week Pacific Property Transfer sent me a packet of information and documents that I needed to sign in order to process the resort transfer
requirements. I filled it all out and sent it back requesting email updates. They sent me multiple updates, one update was sent 3 times, but eventually after quite a few months of waiting my resort sent me a confirmation notice stating that my timeshare was
no longer in my name. It was really nice to get that in writing from the resort. I immediately called up my representative at Pacific Property Transfer to thank them and they mentioned that posting a review on this website would be a great help, so here it
is! I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of title transfer services, especially if it is a timeshare or vacation condo with shared ownership as these guys really are experts on the many different resort requirements!
