Now that I have introduced my shouty capitals, I will explain my disdain for this company. When my husband and I bought our house and our new car, we thought it would be a great idea to save us time, money, and the stress of paying our notes on time each
month. Smart Payment Plan "saves you money!!" LIES!! The TRUTH about this company is that they take money out of your bank account every two weeks with an additional small fee, HOLD your money until either shortly before the due date or after! Yes, I did say
after. They admitted that they only make ONE extra payment for you PER YEAR! I checked with the lien holder for our car note, and they said that no money was being saved because they were just paying a few days before the due date, certainly not as often as
I was paying them. As for our house, every other month, they paid it LATE! We incurred hundreds upon hundreds of dollars of late fees because of them. Yes, they paid it back the first time and had better pay it back this time, but this company does not in
ANY way save you money! By the way, this last complaint was not our first. We were with them for a year. Halfway through it, we complained about them paying late and the charges we were incurring. You can bet that I cancelled them after continuing to incur
late fees every other month on our house note and LYING to us about saving us money! Both times, they said "This is not something that just happens. If people found out about this we would literally not be in business." Well, dissatisfied customers, now is
your chance to SPEAK UP and BE HEARD!
