Shipping was a nightmare! Lied to by sales staff! Ignored by Management!!!

I was not happy at all with the service from the sales staff as well as the management of Superior Power Sports. They advertised 3-10 days shipping and so I called after 10 days and the scooter was still there. I was told the shipping Co. wanted more money because I lived in an apartment. I explained that I lived in a Duplex and when asked, the shipping Co. told me that they never said any such thing and had just been asked the following day to pick-up and deliver it. I called to speak with Management but could not get through as the sales department would not let me. They said Management expected them to handle the problems. I got upset and said that I would not have been calling back for the 8th time by this time if they had fixed the problem and they still would not put me through! The Scooter, a Rocketa 50cc 16K arrived 23 days after it was ordered and payed for in full and it was beautiful. It took me 6 hrs. to assemble the parts to complete it and I have been very happy with the scooter. This still does not dismiss the terrible service and if you would like this model, type in the name and model number and the web will pull up other dealers that I am sure will help you much better! By the way, my sales person was Brenda and even though she has a nice voice and seems sincere, she will not return your phone calls and unless you hound them they will take their sweet time. It's like that with anything, once they have the money up front, you can just wait until they are good and ready!!!
