worst trip ever

that was the worst trip ever!
first of all there were just chinese people ( non of them spoke english) and a guid who was rude and didn't speak english very well.
Once our trip startet it turned out that we had to pay extra ( not optional like it was said on the papers) or we were supposed to stay in the bus!
my friend and I wanted to go to the niagara falls and washington dc.
we startet in new york, china town. there was another stop in new york before we went up further south.
There we wanted to get off because we felt very unconfortable and didn't want to pay the extra fee ( we thought we could see the things we wanted by ourselves and didn't have to do a guided tour, but we weren't allowed to).
There the guid dind't let us go of and said we were embarrising and he pushed us back to our seats.
We are in our mid twenties and we we started to get anxious. after two hours we stopped at a food court in the middle of nowhere in penselvania where we got of and didn't return in the bus because we were so afraid. We were the youngest and only people from europe. Also we were forced to pay a tip for the bus driver and the guid just when we got in the bus.
Also we didn't want to go with them anywhere when we had to do the guides or stayed in the bus. on the papers it said OPTIONAL and not that we were supposed to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We had trouble to get back to New york because at the food court wasn't a bus or train stop. We needed to talk to poeple asking them if they would take us back.
We called tours for fun at told them everything. We didn't get our money back.
They promised us that the manager would call us back but instead the tour guid from our bus called and screamed at us.
We were so afraid...it was just a horrible trip with an unreliable agency. It was a horror trip!!!!!!!!!! this agency coul get -5 stars.
