I ordered the Wen hair care system and really liked it. One of my daughters has extremely curly hair, and the conditioning shampoo and leave-in conditioner were the first products I have found that really made her hair easy to comb through. Yes,the company puts you on an auto-ship program, but when I called to cancel the shipments, their customer service complied without hassle. My only reason for cancelling the product was financial.
I loved the smell of the product and I definitely loved how my hair felt after using the product. I have four daughters, all with long hair, and they too loved the product. Calculating how much we spend on hair products each month, the Wen system was maybe $15 more per month. We've had to switch to very generic products for now, but hopefully one day can order the Wen again.
