quality and damaged items

When I first started using esalon products I was happy. But I have received several damaged products and the quality has certainly gone down on the gloves and stain guard. They did give me a refund on the damaged items (and what a mess it was when I opened the box to find the seal on the coloring was broke) but that doesn't help when you need to color your hair and there is no where to buy coloring within 60 miles!! The gloves never were a problem until they changed them and they now are impossible to get on. The stain remover does not work either. The quality was really gone down. I guess I will go back to store bought hair color from now on.
