Terrible customer service !!!!!!!!

I tried Esalon for a total of 9 months, ordered from them 6 times. I never felt they got the color I wanted right. It was just 'OK' at first, although the color was always a bit too dark. I kept trying to ask them to lighten it and they would give me excuses
for why this wasn't a good idea. I KNOW WHAT I WANT my hair to look like! They didn't take the time to listen. I am no longer a customer, let's put it that way ....
