I ordered through swagbucks back in Feb on a whim. I've wanted to cover the white in my hair for months and just haven't done it. They were very attentive. Once I placed my initial order I received a phone call with a stylist within an hour. She clarified what I wanted to do with my hair. Because of the length and it still having old color in it she'd make two formulas. One for the roots and one for the length. I also ordered the "extras" of the brush, bowl and clips. These are all of great quality and are reusable. For the price, it's all a very good deal. For the quality? It's an excellent deal!
I just finally got it dyed yesterday. I am very pleased with the color. I'm naturally a brunette with strange blonde and red highlights and a lot of white - not gray - white. I wanted more red than brown from the dye. It's a pretty copper now and I've received nothing but complements. I may go a little lighter next time but probably not much.
My daughter also bought dye and she was very pleased with her results.
I will be buying again!
