We are loving our bed!
We ordered our latex bed off the Astrabeds Web-site in late January. I had researched everything I could about the different bed options and settle on a latex bed after hearing that it had the highest customer satisfaction. The bed arrived when promised
and was easy to set up once we were able to get the 125 pound box upstairs. Since getting the bed we can not believe how much better we sleep. The support is perfect. My husband suffers with back problems and I have hip issues. We are sleeping through the
night and feel more rested that we ever had. We save a lot of money ordering from Astrabeds and having it shipped to Anchorage AK.

Is Astrabed a viable company
I purchased an Astrabed in the amount of $4,000 in December of 2012. They promised delivery within 6 weeks. They have my money and I can't even get them (Astrabed) to return my phone calls. I eventually got through to someone the first part of February 2013, and they promised partial delivery the following week. I can't get a live person on the phone, nor will they return my phone calls now. I get three different company names on the phone numbers they gave me, as well as from the website. I wonder if they are even a real company, and if I have been had for $4k.

I am in love with this bed!
I have had four spinal surgeries and trying to sleep on a regular mattress was unbearable. Then I saw an ad for Astrabeds. After much research and many phone calls to the wonderful salesman Marty at Astrabeds, I decided to give it a try. The very first night on my new bed, I had the best night sleep since my accident. The zero gravity position actually allows me to lay on my back, something I haven't been able to do in two years. My doctor recommends that I sleep with my legs raised, with a conventional bed that meant uncomfortable wedges that never stayed put. Now with the push of a button I can customize how high I want them. Getting in and out of a normal bed was also very difficult for me but with my new Astrabed I just raise the head portion and I am almost in a upright position. This bed has made my life so much easier and so much more comfortable. Thank you Astrabed!

I LOVE my Astrabed
I bought my Astrabed almost a year ago now and still love it as much as I did the day it arrived. I have chronic back pain and the bed helps so much! Before, I got this bed, I woke up in pain every morning and could not stand up strait. Now, I wake up feeling refreshed and awake and I'm not in pain! Not only is the bed great, but the customer service was great as well! I spoke to Brandon Dubay and he was great at helping me chose the bed that would be the best fit for me! He was so nice and helpful! I tell everyone I know that is looking for a memory foam mattress to check out Astrabed. Their customer service is awesome, their prices are much more reasonable than other memory foam mattresses I looked at, and the bed is so comfortable!

Great Investment!!
I enjoy my bed a lot! Great quality and customer service really helped me out in choosing the best bed for me. Spoke with Marty and definitely understood what I wanted end expected. They shipped both items at the same time and came before the expected date. I enjoy my bed to this day. Bought it in June 2012 and since I have not had back aches!!! I was skeptical at first to purchase a bed online without trying it. But didn't matter because the description on the bed online truly met my expectations. It does get a little hot in the summer but its not as bad and its really comfy in the winter. My only recommendation is that you let the mattress air out for 2 days for it does have an odor to it, but that's all memory foam mattresses. So definitely buy a bed and do not waiste your money on name brand mattresses because quality is the same!!! I am buying a second Astrabed soon for my parents.

Own two
My husband and I needed a mattress and went on line looking for a memory foam mattress based on what we heard from friends. Astrabeds seem to fill the bill perfectly. We were impressed with the reviews, free shipping (at the time, even return shipping was included) and return policy. Nothing to lose so we tried it. Loved it so much we bought a second one for our house in Florida. Mattress is firm so be aware of that. This isn't sink in and snuggle up, but it's incredibly comfortable and all the pressure points that use to ache with my other mattress don't ache now. I'm 63 years old and fairly petite. My husband is a big man and crushed our previous mattress. This one is not quite a year old and has held up beautifully. If I had one complaint, it was our mattress came rolled up. Our bedroom in New England is on the second floor and we had to haul it up ourselves. Lifting it to our bed was also a "fun experience". Who knew my husband knew so many expletives!!! Other than that, once set up we were very happy.

Bed is good, not so fond of shipping practice
Or Astro bed is good. It has several positions that make sleeping much more comfortable. It has a selection of vibrating waves and massage. The mattress itself is memory foam. It can get very hot. Not too bad in the winter, but not too good in this summer.
The sheets that they sent with the mattress for free are great! They have An elastic cord on each corner of the fitted sheet that makes it easy to stay in place. They were very soft and comfortable.
What doesn't make sense to us, was the way that they shipped this bed. I have back problems and they Shit this to my home address and the delivery people left it at the back fence. This is a mattress over 90 pounds or more and I had that problem so was a little difficult to store it until the rest of the bed came and the delivery men came. why couldn't they just send it altogether? When I talk to customer service about this I was very disappointed with their response. I think they need to ship the whole frame and mattress together so that you don't have this problem.

Astra Bliss
I first purchased an Astra latex mattress for my daughter's bed a little over a year ago and was so satisfied that I purchased another for my own bed. My mattress was not quite soft enough, but when I called and spoke to George he quickly remedied the situation by sending a softer mattress topper for me to try on top of the latex mattress. My bed is now perfectly comfortable and I will definitely go back to Astrabeds should I need another mattress. I recommend them to my family and friends for the high quality products and customer service that they provide.

Beyond Expectation....
I have been sleeping in my AstraBeds Ergo Star Evolution adjustable bed for 3 years now and can sincerely say it is one of the best, wisest purchases of my entire adult life. Every night I watch television propped up and every so often adjust the leg height and back height to take any pressure off when I get stiff or sore. Sometimes in the morning I wake up and find that I have adjusted the positioning in my sleep without even realizing it. The timed massage feature is individualized for upper and lower body and so very soothing.
I have esophageal reflux, and this adjustable bed has been EXACTLY what I need to avoid having any problems. I would highly recommend anyone taking advantage of the solution to various issues with reflux by purchasing this bed. I honestly can't say enough good things. As far as cons, there aren't any. I also purchased the risers that are available and have plenty of space under my bed for storage. Everything, including delivery was as described. I am as very satisfied customer. Mattress
We have had our duel king adjustable bed (really two separate long twin beds) for about 2 years now. It took about 30 days to get used to the different feel fom our pillow top, but they are great. We enjoy the adjustment features and they are very comfortable. I ended up buying a gel top cover because I like a softer fee, but that was my choice. Customer service was good. I have recommended this company a few times now and they have also been pleased. The quality is certainly worth the price.

Astrabed Review
My wife and I bought a memory foam bed from Astrabeds about a year and half ago. It arrived on time and as promised. It was very easy to set up and we have been enjoying a great night's sleep ever since. The price was much less than the competition and the quality seems to be the same.

Astrabed Happiness
My wife and I have now been sleeping on our new astrabed for about 6 months and have enjoyed every nights sleep from day one. It has been firm and soft and seems to conform to each of our bodies for a custome fit. This is our first non-traditional mattress(foam versus springs)that we have owned and only wished that they we're available in the market before now. They are competitively priced with great warranties. This one should last me a long time, but when it wears out, I will be back again to buy another cloud to sleep on.....

Greatest Bed I've Owned!
Simply put, after over two years sleeping on this bed, I want nothing else! I chose the firmest they had to offer, it came swiftly, being hand made just for me. Not only did it come fast, but the delivery was awesome. I got a king-size bed as well and from day one, it was phenomenal.
Here's my biggest "complaint"...the team has put together a phenomenal product and then expects you to cover it to protect it. AARRGGHH! How dare you cheat me out of the bamboo cover that keeps me cool? Minor though it may be, that's the one negative I feel. I keep a mattress cover on the product to ensure it is safe in case of warranty issues (and I do sweat a lot).
4.75 STARS!!!!
I will buy another and I recommend it to any one who hears me, I am an Astrabeds acolyte!

Worst bed I ever slept in! Wasted money.
Purchased 8/2011. Worst bed and misrepresentation ever. Was told it would be delivered by people that knew how to set it up, I had to help them, I was told they had set one other 3 months prior and a different bed at that. Delivery people refused to put mattresses on the bed, just put together the base. The bed is to tall for my wife, I was told buy the salesman the beds height was adjustable, did not mention if you buy additional legs. My wife was in the hospital while the 90 night trial and I was with her so the floor would be comfortable. She came home finally and after a month she moved to the couch. The bed was sunk in where she had slept. For 2 weeks it remained sunk in. I sent pictures and heard nothing from Astra bed finally heard from them by this time the bed had finally looked as it should, so Astra bed said there is no problem. I left complaint on FB got a call and was offered one mattress topper, that's one side of a king size bed and this was conditional that I purchase the other side if it made the bed more comfortable. When I refused to make the deal I was told they would just remove me from their list.

Two years still love my split king adjustable Astrabed,
Three years ago I started having back problems. Started looking for a new bed and came across the Astrabed site on-line. Called the phone number and talked with the representative about my needs in a bed. He was so very patient with me, and found the right bed for me with the split king adjustable. Delivery was quick and set up in my home by the delivery men. It has been over a year and a half now and I do not know how I would have made it through without the comfort of my Astrabed! My back is going to keep getting worse and some days all that gets me through is adjusting my bed turning on the massage and resting. I can not thank Astrabed enough for having such great and affordable beds. My Astrabed is still in the same condition as the day received and I have relied on it many days and nights. Again thank you, I highly recommend Astrabeds for everyone that wants a great comfortable & affordable bed to last for many years.

Fantastic even after 3 years
Three years ago we purchased the split California King adjustable beds with memory foam mattresses. We couldn't be happier. After the initial few days of getting used to the memory foam we sleep better than ever. We have had zero problems with the beds or mattresses. We have referred friends and relatives who are also satisfied with the products and service.
We have noticed no deterioration at all in the comfort or condition of the mattresses.
